Ingredients
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and chilled (freezer)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup fresh peach, diced
- 3 strawberries
- ice cube
Directions
- Place a cup of yogurt in a blender or smoothie maker.
- Add a chilled banana that has been sliced.
- Add a cup of apple juice.
- Add a cup of diced peaches.
- Add 3 strawberries, sliced.
- Add 4-5 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
