The Cleansing Salad

Ingredients
- 8 kale leaves
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3⁄4 cup purple cabbage
- 2 celery ribs
- 4 radishes
- 4 broccoli florets
- 4 cauliflower florets
- 1 green onion
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- apple cider vinegar
Directions
- • Chop kale, broccoli, cauliflower and green onion.
- • Grate carrot.
- • Thinly slice celery, radish and purple cabbage, and break up cabbage slices.
- • Throw ingredients into 1 or 2 serving bowls (recipe serves 2, after a fast anyway).
- • Top with cubed avocado and hemp seeds.
- • Dress with apple cider vinegar.
