Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat milk
- 3⁄4 cup fiber rich oatmeal
- 1⁄2 grapefruit, juice of
- 1 whole tangerine (without skin)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Mix everything in a blender (first liquids, then solids) and blend to desired texture.
- Taste it.
