The All Canadian Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt, vanilla flavoured (nonfat is fine!)
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Serve immediately.
