Ingredients

• 3⁄4-1  cup prepared instant mashed potatoes (I like Barbara's brand)
• 1  tablespoon  grated cheddar cheese or 1  tablespoon  grated parmesan cheese
• 2  tablespoons plain yogurt
• 1  dash celery seeds (not celery salt) or 1  dash dried parsley

Directions

1. Place the prepared instant mashed potatoes in a bowl.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. For creamier consistency, add more yogurt.
3. Servings are estimated.
