Tangy Beef Stroganoff

  1. In lg skillet, cook beef in butter for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove beef and keep warm.
  3. To skillet, add mushrooms; saute 2 minutes.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook 1 minute; stir in the flour.
  5. Add water, lemon juice, vinegar, boullion, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 1 minute.
  7. Stir in sour cream and beef, heat through--do not boil.
  8. Serve over noodles.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
