Tahini Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 3⁄4 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- 1 Mix together garlic, salt, black pepper, and tahini until smooth.
- 2 Add yogurt and lemon juice, a little at a time, mixing well after each addition, until it is like a thick cream.
- 3 Stir in parsley, serve with veggie spears.
