Szechuan Style Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g cauliflower
- 100 g baby corn, cut into 1/2 inch
- 50 g green beans, cut into 1/2 inch
- 1 carrot, cut into 1 inch
- 8 ounces canned mushrooms, diced
- 150 g firm tofu, diced
- 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions
- - In a cup, combine the mixture of teriyaki sauce, stir-fry sauce, flour and water
- - In a wok, heat oil and stir-fry the vegetables
- - Add the mixture and simmer for 4 minutes
- - Add the mushrooms and the tofu and simmer for 1 minute.
