Swiss Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 cups green beans, chopped into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons honey
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄4 cups sesame seeds, toasted and ground
Directions
- Steam the green beans for 5 minutes in a small amount of water until just tender. Drain.
- Combine the beans, onions, flour and salt. Stir in in the yogurt and honey.
- Turn the mixture into a deep casserole.
- Cover the top with grated cheese, then spread with the sesame meal.
- Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes.
