  1. Mix all ingredients well on top of double boiler.
  2. Cook over simmering water for 45 minutes.
  3. Stir frequently with wire whisk to prevent clumps.
  4. Serve with cheese, sausage, bbq pork, etc. Good on sandwiches too.
