Sweet Bread Raita

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  bread cubes
  • 1  cup yogurt
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup  fresh  fruit slices
  • 2  cups  oil, to fry the bread cubes

Directions

  1. Fry the bread cubes in the oil till they become golden brown and crisp.
  2. In a bowl, Mix yogurt and sugar together till it becomes smooth.
  3. Keep this mix in refrigerator.
  4. After the bread cubes attain room temperature , take out the yogurt-sugar mix and add the bread cubes.
  5. Mix them well and finish it with some tooty-fruity.
  6. And Ready to serve.
  7. Tip : Instead of fried bread cubes you can use toasted bread cubes in 1 tbs oil/ghee.
  8. Tip 2: You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
  9. Note: Serve immediately.
