Ingredients
- 2 -3 frozen bananas
- 1⁄4 cup organic yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms Banilla)
- 1 teaspoon powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1⁄2 cup carrot juice (or orange juice)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend well.
- Enjoy.
