Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Olive oil& balsamic vinegar enhanced with sundried tomatoes and roasted garlic. I used Roasted Garlic & Pearl Onions With Herbs and Oven-Dried Herbed Tomatoes recipes but go ahead and buy prepared to cut down on time.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1⁄3 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1  tablespoon roasted garlic, puree
• 2  whole sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, 8 quarters

Directions

1. Process all in a blender till smooth and pour over your favorite salad greens.
