Sugar Free Filled Strudel Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons aspartame artificial sweetener (1 gram, 2 packets)
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar-free raspberry jam
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and sugar substitute Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles a coarse meal. Add yogurt and egg; mix.
