Strawberry Topped Yogurt Pie

This recipe came from Taste of Home, and it's light and delicious. You can top this with a different fruit if you aren't partial to strawberries, but for me...strawberries are #1. The best part besides how fast and easy it comes together is you can store this in your freezer and pull it out for unexpected company. Now that I've made Nut Crust with pecans, I think I'll make it with a pecan crust instead of the traditional graham cracker crust. Show more

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, milk powder, and honey.
  2. Spoon into crust.
  3. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month.
  4. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Top with strawberries.
  6. Garnish with orange peel if desired.
