Strawberry Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream or 1⁄4 cup yogurt
- sugar
Directions
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add sugar until desired sweetness is reached.
- Serve chilled.
