Strawberries With Yogurt and Pistachios

What a wonderful dessert for everyone- This last-minute dessert has an understated elegance that's most memorable when made with Greek yogurt. Available in many grocery stores, in the large containers, the yogurt has an incomparible richness, slight tang and stand-a-spoon-in-it consistency.

Ingredients

•  Greek yogurt or   other plain yogurt
• 1  lb fresh strawberries, stemmed
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 2  teaspoons honey
• 1⁄2 cup pistachios, unsalted, roasted, coarsely chopped

Directions

1. Divide yogurt and strawberries among 4 bowls. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with pistachios - How much easier can it be than this!
