Sticky Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork fillet
For the marinade
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1 orange, juice and finely grated zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
Directions
- Tip all the marinade ingredients into a shallow dish and stir to combine.
- Coat the pork in the marinade and if you have time, leave for one hour or preferably overnight.
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat an ovenproof pan and take the pork out of the marinade.
- Brown the pork on all sides then baste over the rest of the marinade and roast the pork for 20 mins until cooked all the way through, basting with the juices every so often.
- Serve the pork sliced with rice and steamed greens.
