- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups light vanilla soymilk
- 8 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (2 scoops)
Directions
- Combine ingredients in large blender. Blend to prefered consistency.
