Spinach Dip for Veggies

Ingredients
- 20 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted (2 packages)
- 2 cups sour cream or 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 16 ounces water chestnuts (1 can)
- 2 1⁄2 ounces knorr leek soup mix (2 packages)
- 1 cup chopped green onion
Directions
- Squeeze moisture from spinach.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for 3 hrs, or overnight.
- Serve in hollowed out round loaf of sour dough French bread or with assorted vegetables.
