Spicy Thai Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1⁄3 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 chicken legs with thigh, skinned
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, coriander and cayenne.
- Pierce chicken legs all over with a fork and place in the bowl. Turn to coat and marinate at room temperature, turning occasionally, 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from marinade and place in a shallow baking dish. Reserve marinade.
- Bake chicken for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Spoon reserved marinade over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes longer or cooked through.
