Spicy Green Peppercorn Sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok and stir fry the green peppercorns, red onion, garlic and butter for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the brandy and flour and stir for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beef stock and cook for 5 minutes then stir in the yoghurt and salt and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Pour over the beef steaks.
