Spicy Chicken in Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup tamari soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 dried red peppers
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice, steamed
Directions
- In crock pot add tamari, garlic, ginger, hoisin, honey and rice vinegar mixing well.
- Add chicken and red peppers stirring well.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add broccoli and carrots and cook for 1 hour longer.
- Serve over steamed rice.
- Enjoy.
