Ingredients
- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 4 cups nonfat yogurt (plain or berry)
- 4 cups fresh strawberries or 4 cups frozen strawberries
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into four glasses and serve.
