Ingredients
- 2 3⁄4 cups bulgur, cooked
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in loaf pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
