South Beach Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 small frozen banana, cut into small chunks
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar, sub. if desired
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, puree mango cubes and banana chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; garnish with additional cinnamon, if desired.
