Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1⁄3 cup applesauce
- 1 small banana, frozen
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4-1⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 5 -8 ice cubes
Directions
- Dump in blender and blend til smooth.
