Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb fresh sugar snap pea
- 8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Directions
- In skillet or wok, stir-fry the peas and mushrooms in oil and teriyaki sauce until crisp-tender.
