  1. Place potatoes, bay leaves, garlic and vegetable stock in a large stock pot. Bring too a full boil and reduce to a simmer for 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and reserve some of the stock. Remove bay leaves and garlic.
  3. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Use a hand masher to mash potatoes. Add butter, French Cultured Cream, heavy cream and white pepper. Mash potatoes until they are smooth.
  4. Season with fine sea salt and white pepper to taste.
