  1. Immerse tomatoes in a quart of boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove and peel. Stem, core and slice. Arrange in shallow plastic container.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.
  3. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
