Ingredients
- 4 small cucumbers
- 3 -4 tablespoons mint leaves
- 3 cups low-fat yogurt
- salt
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- Add a little cold water if the mixture is too thick.
- Chill.
- Serve chilled.
