Shirley's Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces
- romaine lettuce, torn in small pieces
- 4 green onions, chopped (tops & bottoms)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 package ramen noodles (any flavor)
Dressing
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Crumble package of ramen noodles.
- Discard seasoning packet.
- Saute noodles in butter until browned.
- Mix all the salad ingredients together including the ramen noodles.
- Chill.
- Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
- Enjoy!
