Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) package  dried red beans
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried pinto beans
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried lentils
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried black-eyed peas
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried black beans
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried navy beans
• 1 (16 ounce) package dried great northern beans

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients together.
2. Store tightly covered in an a large glass container.
3. Use desired amount in soup recipes.
4. The beans will have to soak overnight in water before using.
