Seasoned Butter for Fish

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Directions
- Combine ingredients; mix well and shape into a stick.
- Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into 12 pats and serve over broiled cod, halibut or other seafood steak.
