Seasoned Butter for Fish

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh parsley
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 3⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  hot sauce
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1  garlic clove, finely chopped

Directions

1. Combine ingredients; mix well and shape into a stick.
2. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into 12 pats and serve over broiled cod, halibut or other seafood steak.
