Sausage With Pepper and Onions

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium yellow onions
- 2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red recommended)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 16 ounces sausage
Directions
- Chop onions, peppers and garlic, set aside.
- Over very low heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions, peppers and garlic.
- Cut sausage into 4-5 inch pieces, and arrange on top of onions and peppers.
- Cover with a lid, and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until peppers are limp.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
