Sausage Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen spinach or 1 (16 ounce) package broccoli
- 1 lb pizza dough
Directions
- Cook and drain spinach or broccoli.
- Brown sausage and drain off fat.
- Mix beaten eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, mushrooms and spinach or broccoli and sausage in large bowl.
- Use 1/2 of the dough and cover 10 inch pie plate.
- Pour entire mixture into plate and press down on mixture to fit it all inches.
- Cover with the rest of the dough.
- Brush beaten egg yoke on top of the pie.
- Cut small slit in center of pie.
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
