Ingredients
- 3 bunches broccoli
- 2 lbs crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 ounces black olives, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 1⁄2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1⁄2 cup shredded colby cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces pimientos, drained
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
Directions
- Trim and rinse broccoli florets. Put in bowl.
- Add bacon, olives, pecans, cheeses, pimentos and green onions.
- Whisk to combine dressing, vinegar and sugar.
- Pour dressing mixture over salad. Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
