Rustic Wholewheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 jumbo eggs, whole
- 5 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 5 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon 2% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons cherry preserves
- 3⁄4 multi-grain cereal (with nuts and fruit)
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1⁄4 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄8 tablespoon salt
Directions
- Mix eggs, flower and 2 tbs of plain yogurt. Add milk, baking powder and stir rapidly with fork to mix all well. Hit pan with oil on medium. Pour 1/2 of mixture on hot pan, fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Top with remaining yogurt and preserve. Sprinkle with cereal.
