Rocky Road Muffins

Rocky road muffins do I need to say any more!!!!

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1  egg
• 1  cup  natural yogurt
• 50  g butter, melted
• 2  cups plain flour
• 1  teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 cup caster sugar
• 1⁄2 cup marshmallows
• 90  g chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 cup peanuts
• 1⁄2 cup sultana

Directions

1. preheat oven to 180.
2. Mix milk, egg, yoghurt and butter.
3. Add flour and remaining ingredients.
4. Spoon into muffin tins.
5. Bake for 15min.
