Rocky Mountain Coleslaw

Yields: 1 large salad
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup diced broccoli
- 1⁄4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup diced carrot
- 1⁄4 cup diced tomato
- 1⁄8 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup green grape
- 8 ounces Coleslaw
- 1⁄4 cup unsalted peanuts
Dressing
- 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Mix all dressing ingredients together.
- Add veggies, fruits, and peanuts.
- Mix well.
- Leave in fridge for at least an hour -- the longer it "sits" in there, the better -- flavor absorption time.
