Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (Healthy Version)

Ingredients
- 2 roasted red peppers (from a jar)
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning (any flavor will do)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions
- Combine the roasted red peppers and mrs. dash in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into small bowl and combine with plain yogurt.
- Spoon over sliced meat and serve.
