Roasted Chicken, Cheddar and Bacon Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced roasted chicken, warmed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 8 flour tortillas, skillet-warmed (6-8 inch diameter)
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
Mexican White Sauce
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lime, juice of
Directions
- Mexican White Sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours.
- Tacos: in a large bowl, combine warm chicken and salt.
- To build tacos, divide chicken evenly among tortillas.
- Top with cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
- Drizzle with Mexican White Sauce; fold tortillas in half.
