Ricardo's Homemade Fudge

Got this recipe from a French cooking show. Too yummy! I hope you like it.

Ready In: 40 mins

Yields: 40 squares

  1. Grease a 10x7 inch pan.
  2. In a pot, mix all ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from stove and let fudge cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Whip at high speed for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread in pan.
  7. Cover and let it cool for several hours.
  8. Cut and serve.
  9. Enjoy and don't forget to brush your teeth!
