Remoulade

Is a condiment used with fish our also on roast beef sandwiches.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 3⁄4 cup light sour cream or 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt
• 1  tablespoon capers
• 1  tablespoon pickle
• 1  tablespoon parsley
• 1  pinch  salt and pepper (or to taste)
• 2  dashes  hot sauce

Directions
