Refreshing Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1⁄3 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Cholula)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon agave nectar, if needed
Directions
- In the jar of a blender, add avocado, yogurt, chicken broth, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, cilantro, hot sauce, salt and black pepper.
- Put the lid on and process until the ingredients are nicely blended and the consistency is smooth, cleaning the sides of the jar and scraping the bottom.
- Taste and adjust for salt, pepper or sweetness; process again if needed. It yields 1 1/2 cups.
