Raw Meat Mix - the Unstew

Got this off a website for Healthy Homemade Dog Food Recipes. Haven't tried it yet, but the article in was in (http://www.dog-obedience-training-review.com/homemade-dog-food-recipes.html) was quite intelligent and I thought they really sounded like they knew what they were talking about! I'm going to try them all!

Ingredients

• 1  lb ground beef (uncooked)
• 2  cups  vegetables, corn, peas, green beans, whatever you got (ground or pureed)
• 2 -4  ounces beef (uncooked) or 2 -4  ounces chicken livers (uncooked)
• 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 -3  garlic cloves
• 1  tablespoon  kelp (pureed)
• 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
• 3  eggs
•  parsley

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients (chop, puree, or leave in large chunks, depending on your dog's preference) and store in the refrigerator or freezer. This mixture should account for 20-40% of your dog's daily diet. Note: Use the shells on the eggs, and use about a palm full of parsley. You can use any raw ground meat, not just beef. And you can use any of organ meat - liver, gizzards, etc - from any animal, doesn't have to be chicken or beef. They're just cheap & readily available. Whatever works best for you and your pooch!
