Ingredients
- 3 ounces raspberries
- 1 banana, peeled, cut in chunks
- 1 mango, peeled, stoned, cut in chunks
- 5 ounces yogurt or 3 ounces cold milk
Directions
- Puree all the ingredients in the liquidiser until you have a smooth thick drink.
- Drink straight away.
