Raspberry and Coconut Tarts

  1. heat oven to 350.
  2. beat eggs,sugar,butter in a bowl till smooth.
  3. stir in coconut and vanilla.
  4. put 1 tsp of jam into the tarts shells.
  5. put 1 teaspoons coconut onto top of jam.(should fill the tart almost to the top).
  6. bake 15 -20 minutes till top are golden brown.
  7. let cool before serving.
