Raspberry and Coconut Tarts

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1⁄2 sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 tsp.vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup raspberry jam
- 12 unbaked tart shells
Directions
- heat oven to 350.
- beat eggs,sugar,butter in a bowl till smooth.
- stir in coconut and vanilla.
- put 1 tsp of jam into the tarts shells.
- put 1 teaspoons coconut onto top of jam.(should fill the tart almost to the top).
- bake 15 -20 minutes till top are golden brown.
- let cool before serving.
