Raisin & Yoghurt Loaf

Ingredients
- 700 ml flour
- 600 ml rye flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 150 ml raisins
- 150 ml syrup
- 700 ml yoghurt
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add syrup and yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
- Grease 2 loaf-pans and sprinkle a little flour over the greased pan.
- Divide the dough in half and put in pan.
- Pat the top slightly otherwise the loaf might split on the top.
- Bake in 175 C for 1 hour.
