Radish Cucumber Salad on Watercress With Oranges

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 10 -14 radishes, trimmed and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup slivered red onion
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped mint
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch watercress, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
Directions
- Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the seeds. Slice the cucumber.
- Combine the cucumber, radishes and onion slivers in a bowl.
- Mix yogurt, sour cream and mint.
- Toss with radish mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a bed of watercress, garnished with the orange segments.
